Questions about our guides

Do I get updates?

You always have access to the latest version of what you bought. The online reader always shows the newest version. If you bought the PDF, you can download the newest PDF again, and we email you when a new version is ready.

Other guides and add-ons are separate products and are not included.

How do I sign in? Do I need a password?

No password. Your account is created with the email address you use at checkout. To sign in, you enter that address and we email you a sign-in link. All the guides you buy are in the same account.

Is this legal, tax or immigration advice?

No. Our guides are general information only. They are not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. Every situation is different, so always check the official source, or a qualified professional, before you make a decision.

Can I change my mind after buying?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal until you open the online edition or start the download. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and that you lose this right once you open the guide. You decide when that happens: access starts only when you click Read online or Download PDF yourself.

Can I share a guide?

Each guide is licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or publishing it, in whole or in part, is not permitted. The reader and the PDF show your email address as a small watermark.

How can I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
