By registering as a Member, you will receive a member ID and a password. The Relocate-US.com Member ID is solely for your use. You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated membership registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and unauthorized access to the relocate-us.com data and systems, and may result in immediate termination of your account and subject you to civil liability.

The first 30-day period is free and considered a trail membership. After the initial 30 day period the member monthly access fee shall be due and payable as indicated in the membership agreement.

Membership shall begin upon receipt of the quarterly payment. At expiration of each 90 day membership period, the member shall pay the next quarterly fee to continue the member access to Relocate-US.com systems and programs. Failure to renew the membership shall result in removal of the member ID.

To cancel your membership after this initial period requires no action. The system automatically updates the member ID and membership term. Relocate-US.com, LLC shall have no further obligation or liability should the member elect not to continue payment of the quarterly fees when due.

The member may provide electronic access to the listings of the member by linking to the Relocate-US.com url provided the member. The member access to customer and or client data on the Relocate-US.com database is restricted to the use of the member and shall not be accessible to others.

The Relocate-US.com member ID provided by Relocate-US.com, LLC ["Relocate-US.com" or "we"] to you ["Member" or "you"], is subject to the terms of this member License agreement.

By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Relocate-US.com, LLC may revise the Member Agreement at any time at the sole discretion of Relocate-US.com, LLC, and such revision shall be effective immediately after posting the revised member agreement in the legal section of the Relocate-US.com, LLC web site [www.relocate-us.com]. Each revision of the Member Agreement shall display a "last revision" date.

You agree to review the Member Agreement periodically to be aware of such revisions. If any such revision is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership by not renewing at renewal date. Your continued use of your relocate-us.com Member ID following the revision date of any such revision to the Member Agreement shall be conclusively deemed as acceptance of all such revisions.

Relocate-US.com reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time. Said change shall be effective thirty (30) days after an online posting in the legal section of the Relocate-US.com web site. If any such changes are unacceptable to you, you may terminate your membership by not paying the member fees when due. The system will automatically update the member ID and term.

Your continued payment of the member fee for use of the Relocate-US.com services shall be deemed acceptance of such change. Your monthly membership fee is due payable quarterly in advance and is not refundable in whole or part. Member expressly agrees that use of the Relocate-US.com systems, data, and programs is at the sole risk of the member. Any unauthorized use of any material, systems or programs contained on this site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, communication regulations and other statutes.

Upon the request of Relocate-US.com, LLC, member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless relocate-us.com, any affiliated companies and members from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from breach of the member agreement or by use of, or in connection with said member agreement actions, or use.

Member may terminate membership at any time by discontinuing use of and access to Relocate-US.com. This is the member's only right and sole remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with any member agreement, or policy or practice of relocate-us.com, programs and systems available through Relocate-US.com or change therein, or amount of fees or change therein, and shall be entitled to no refund of any membership fee paid.

Should any part of the Member agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.

The member agreement and your membership shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Member expressly agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of the State of Tennessee. Any liability of Relocate-US.com, LLC to the member shall be limited to the membership fees paid by the member to the applicable quarter of membership.

Relocate-US.com makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Any material, information or idea you transmit to or post on this Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Relocate-US.com, LLC or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Each member is required to comply with and not violate the privacy policy quoted below. The member is allowed to use the information gathered only for the purposes intended and may not assign, give or sell the information to any third party. Further, should the visitor request that they be removed from the Shirlock Homes system, the member agrees to set the "may we send you e-mail" to NO.

The member, while using the applications of Relocate-us.com, LLC, believes in your privacy. Because of that, we would like to disclose the practices of registration, use of information collected and sharing of information. It is our policy to fully disclose the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information.

Relocate-US.com, LLC applications allow for optional, voluntary registration of personal information including housing preferences. You are required to supply limited contact information and have the option to supply additional data to restrict the search parameters. That information is available to the member for both direct and indirect contact as it relates solely to your request for additional information. The system nightly checks the database for new listings and will auto-respond to any matches via the e-mail address supplied. In addition, the member has the ability to directly respond with specific information to the e-mail address which you supplied.

Relocate-US.com applications use "cookies" to assist your use of the applications. For example, upon return to the search preference page, the system will pre-load your prior search to make your search process quicker. This cookie file contains information such as a user ID that the application uses to track the pages you have visited. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information which you have supplied. The cookie cannot read any data off your hard drive. If you set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive that warning message. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser.

Relocate-US.com will NEVER sell or offer contact information to outside parties.

The information you provide is restricted to the member from whom you requested the information. The data is password protected to assure that your personal request remains secure and available only for the purpose of assisting in the interactive use of these applications.

Any voluntary information supplied is used solely to enhance your interactive and personalized use of the applications available to you. The member may not share, offer or sell your personal information to any outside party.
